Thread: Showtime Media Player Background Image

Hey there

I found this background on the internet somewhere, someone made it for Showtime, I'd share the source, but I really can't remember, anyways it's basically a background for when Showtime is highlighted.

I also took a picture to show you guys what it looks like on screen.

How to install?

1. Make sure you rename the file to PIC1 so it's PIC1.PNG

2. Just FTP it over to Showtime's folder in game. dev_hdd0\game\HTSS00003

2. Or Put it onto a USB and move it into the Showtime game folder using a file manager of your choice.

btw would you happen to know what causes the issues with showtime + mp4s? I have a crap load of mp4 files that showtime has issues playing, just gives sound but no video

I honestly don't know, but I do know that Showtime has been optimized most for .mkv any other format such as .MT2S or .MP4 don't hold up too well, but this isn't that much of a problem, since they can be played natively in the PS3's default videoplayer.
