    Actually i got heavy rain dynamic theme from here. installed it from a .pkg file and it works! Just wanted to know if anyone else have others.

    just create a folder THEME inside the PS3 folder on a usb, go to theme settings, and install.... he prob meant the theme format, not pkg

    all ps3 themes are .p3t and not .pkg
