    Default Swap Magic 3.8 and Street Fighter Alpha Anthologies

    I just got swap magic 3.8 in the mail yesterday and had a few iso's of some old games I wanted to try out. Particularly Street Fighter Alpha Anthology. It's about 1.9 gigs so I'm using the DVD disc. I used Alcohol 120% to burn the iso on dvds( DVD-R)and the PS2 recognizes them. But when I want to pick which game to play, after I select it, the screen goes black.

    I found an old thread from another site that had the same problem (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/354044) but it was of no further help. I tried rebuilding the iso with ExPERT gnie and didn't work. Also, I'm burning them at 4x and 8x which works as far as getting the title screen. Please help, thanks.

    If I recall correctly that game is not compatible with swap magic.

    Swap Magic is obsolete, outdated crap (there hasn't been an update in years) and the only thing it is useful for is installing Free MCBoot.
    I recommend doing so using this tutorial.
    Then use ESR or Open PS2 Loader to load your games.

    The one that works with your video standard, they have a PAL one and an NTSC one.
    As for version, it doesn't matter.
