it's old ... now i have like 220 bronze ... 20 silver ... 5 gold ... and almost a plat:D
i can say the N64 sucked minus a few titles...
NES was cool when it first came out, because the concept and the games were all novel back then. HOWEVER, SNES blew all preconceptions out of the water, and for that, I deem it my fav. Hard to beat Zelda:link to the past, Super Metroid (one of the best games ever made), final fantasy VI, and Chrono Trigger. Respect to all consoles though...(except jaguar, which is now used as a housing for dental cameras!!)
Pillage the village, rape the sheep....... steal the women? ( . Y . )
The N64 really pushed the whole "Quality of quantity" philosophy and it really did well with that system. So many quality titles. I chose the N64
Why no Master System love? J/k I hated the SMS when I was a kid. I was a Nintendo fan boy until the N64 I hated the controller so much I didn't even give it a try. But I've made up for that mistake via emus.
NES is my choice. I grew up with the 2600 but it was never as fun as the NES to me.
SNES hands down had some of the best RPGS i played as a kid
The Super Famicom / Super Nintendo was the best. Although they didnīt released some of the really good games for it (SEGA-exclusives). But for 16-bit System, it had the better graphics (and for me also better sound) and the better games. All games i bought were worth their money and i played with friends or alone over and over again. Of course there was this sprite-issue when too much objects were on the screen, but that was kind of sympathic issue. Nowadays gaming is more a movie orientated selling industrie. And if i have some technical issues with my ps3 i get angry, because i know, it is not because of the limitations of the system, itīs simply because the devs were not working correct.
Itīs not about loving games anymore and you see this everyday with every release. I wish some of the devs were orientating back, when gaming was for fun and not for telling epic storys for 70 bucks.
I just started to play UC3. This one is really nice, but the movement is quite squishy in this movie telling story. I often donīt know when iīm on renderscene or have something to do. I enjoy the story, but when itīs over, itīs simply over. There is no motivation to play this again.

I'm an old timer, so I go way back to the original Pong on my tv (burned an image in the screen), but pound for pound I've never played on any other system (and I have them ALL) more than my Sears Arcade Console System (Atari 2600). I remember Xmas morning when I got to open it and played for the next 3 days and nights sleeping in front of the tv screen with my brothers, and waking up long enough to go to the bathroom and right back to the tv ! Playing Pacman and Defender at home was unheard of until then!! and the original Mario game Donkey Kong. Alas my SACS is long gone (I've replaced a few since) and through SNES and Genesis to the PSX and waiting in line for my PS2, all the way up to the Xbox 360 and PS3 I'll never have fonder memories of gaming than with that of me and my Atari 2600 clone....
Yeah those were the days bro. I remember when I was young I stayed up all night playing Bajo-Kazooie on the Nintendo 64 and didn't sleep at all and the sonic series from the sega genesis. I really miss those days. The Super Nintendo was my first ever game console and then in 1998 I got my Nintendo 64 and man I was one happy kid. I'm now 23 and my current system nowadays is the ps3, psp, and the wii. Never really play them anymore
