Thats the main difference between high up mods and admins (I thin we have 3 levels of mods here, Novice mod, regional mod, and universal mod))

my guess is the man wants to roleplay in the site(he pretty much lives here so it makes sense)

charge him rent, he lives here ;D

and itll be expensive too cuz he wants to remodel the place ;D
