Thread: Random insanity that might work.

Well Im so glad theres a section called random insanity because some people might think this is insane. I had an idea and I thought more n more and it grew. So here it is.
We all want the "keys" ..really bad
Fact= There is devs capable of getting them.
Fact= These devs are on there highhorse thinking there so f-ing great.
Fact= They're not.
So anyways heres the brilliant part. We start fund raiser of our own, and we let it grow. Anyone can chip in donate whatever you would like to call. "cough it up"
For what??
Well somebody very trustworthy and smart would have to control this because when the time comes and the pot is full(I mean we raised a S***Load of money), We say ok here you go devs, this is your incentive.
We want the keys, they want the profit, we want this thing to be over. Theres many implecations and many other things to be considered but this is the main idea. This would get these losers off theyre highhorse and into gear. Otherwise I see they are gonna play us for as much $$ as we give them anyways.

So that is my crazy idea. If you would like to add go ahead but keep in mind something like this probably will NOT happen. But it would work, so let me know your thoughts.

Great idea!I think we should offer the devs some of the bunny girls from the playboy magazine as well,now that's some incentive lol
This probably wouldn't work since:
1:One such fund raiser has already been aired and ended in the dev getting the money from the donation and going off
2:This is bound to happen again and again since the devs need the money FIRST to buy machinery,so after they get the money they can abandon the project
3:With that much money,they could as well build a space shuttle but yet they would have been unable to find the keys
5:Even if someone finds the keys this way,he/she will be so scared of $ony that he/she will probably not release them
6:If the only obstacle hindering devs from getting the keys was money,don't you think we would have gotten the keys found already?(after almost a year of dead-ends)
7:No dev knows the structure of the ps3 that well to be able to get us a new CFW
8:Ummm,where is number 4?
Nonetheless,that would have been a great idea IF:
-People weren't so damn selfish
-Devs were not that arrogant
-GeoHot didn't get smacked by $ony's wrath,making a good example of all devs who would dare expose the ps3 keys again(poor Georgie must be still suffering from nightmares...)
-$ony wasn't releasing constant yet meaningless updates
-The earth was square
-Aliens were brought to earth solely to give us the ps3 keys

You forgot to mention we dont pay the dev till we got keys. So simple, yet so complex :D

And the devs don't give us the keys until we pay them,so the feelings are mutual
Nonetheless,I really hope such a miracle happens...we all want the keys here.Did anyone ever think of buying a lockpick? :D

I was thinking of waving a flashy number in theyre faces and say give us keys but heh I guess it was all a dream :D like biggy said

this is never going to work out. it will lead to more fear of getting caught.
and most people will never contribute citing the gitbrew business.
though I see this being a success if it is reported on some of the other sites (the site psgroove joined with ,ps3hax)

If i had it I would just say..If you get the keys contact me and we'll arrange payment. But for that kinda money I also thought of making my own PS5 and it will be completly open box :D:D
Dreaming is healthy everyone. But this wont happen.
