Thread: i stuffed my s** life/relationship chances at 14

ok story goes like this i dated a chick, was dumb enough to promise not to go out with anyone else and 3 years later i STILL cant break that promise even though i feel nothing for her anymore

Tell her the truth, if you keep it bottled up then one day you'll snap then take a drive across four states wearing her head as a hat.

no actually i feel nothing for her, im just to friggin loyal to break that promise, and im just so damn pissed of at myself 4 being stupid enough to make that promise

Wouldn't it be better to break it off with her now, rather than keep it bottled up until oneday you blow your top, go postal and go on a killing spree?

Tell her you need a break, i'm sure she isn't that bad that she'd hold you to a promise you made when you were 11. You're not exactly doing the girl any favours either by being with her out of obligation rather than choice, she probably deserves better than that, you both do.

So you plan to be single for the rest of your life? Dude you can't keep all promises you make in life, you can try but you will have to break some. I'm sure she meant for the promise to be faithful as long as you two were together, not for the rest of your life, unless you know you actually did exchange marraige vows.

btw O.P sorry about that, but to be honest man... you have many years ahead of you to worry about that. I think its great that you want a woman..what man doesnt? I just dont think it should be one of the highest priorities in life, its just not worth it. Youll figure it out when you get older

Or become a monk since you are pretty much already living a life of celibacy you meet half the requirements already.
