trying to burn game but no luck
ok so i downloaded earthworm jim from here, once i extracted it i only got 2 files a bin and cue file. so when i go to burn it in alcohol 120% all it can find is the cue file and not the bin. so i tried to burn it any ways hoping it would work but it didnt, i tried 2 times with the same results. also im trying to play this game on my ps3 and test out the new psx pkg that just came out and if it matters im using sony cd-r's.
edit: i figured it out nevermind, go ahead close this thread now.

Hey!!! Could you post here how you've done it? I really wanna know, and how did you burn it with alcohol 120%? It doesn't have a playstation option in there, only playstation 2. Pls help, thanks..

once you choosen the file you want to burn hit next, then at the bottom right of the next screen should be a box that says "datatype" the playstation option should be right above playstation2. sorry couldnt provide much info on this, i guess something didnt install proprly for me so i just uninstalled then reinstalled 120. if it wasnt for that i would have never posted asking for help.

well, just to point
-
1. Open Alcohol 120 and go to "Image Burning Wizard"
2. Browse for your PS1 game & click "Next"
3. Choose your write speed (slower=more accurate & fewer errors), datatype (Play Station), and your CD/DVD Recorder. Check the "Enable Buffer Underrun Technology" box.
4. Click "Start" and it'll burn your image to the disc.
is this good enough now?
