Thread: ePSXe 1.7.0 emulator with everything you need

This is the latest version of ePSXe 1.7.0, which many consider to be the best PsOne emulator available. It includes everything I have, so there's more than what you need. Play around with the plugins and settings, you should be able to get better graphics than on the actual console.

Do you mean the file or the last update? ePSXe is a PsOne emulator, Eternal is a sound plugin that is the recommended one for most people.
