Don't bother trying to get people to post their sources. Seems to be a big problem around here.

The bigger question is this - Why don't you tell people this will break their accounts????????? it includes another user's act.dat and rifs. if you use it on your console your account becomes broken. you won't be able to make purchases and all your previous purchases will become unusable

maybe, but this is the equivalent of a virus. It never should have been released. It never should have been a news item on scene sites. It definitely doesn't need to be redistributed

You're a senior member and don't know the rules, outside links aren't allowed, and there is also no rule that says people have to add sources/credits for their uploads.

I just did. I've also been saying something at the so-called reputable scene sites reporting on this. A lot of good it's been doing since they refuse to take it down or at least acknowledge the problem. Looks like I'm wasting my time, but hopefully people read the comments before downloading. I know that's rare for people to do, but there's nothing more I can do about it.

No offense to the OP here since he's just reposting, but that's why people with no understanding of how these things work shouldn't post things as "news" or "releases". Things like this cause more damage than they're worth
