    i tryed to open the pkg in the pkgveiw but its cant open
    i think its faked pkg

    NtRnOs just a simple yes or no, is there a way to transfer these to the vita and play them? So that there is no confusion, can it be transferred if you don't already own the game? AKA pirating it.

    NO, because dont have license files (same on ps3 .par .edat ...)
