Thread: Monster Hunter 3rd hd JAP working on 3.7x+

I downloaded and installed the files in the XMB. But it's time to start asking a disc? Anyone know how to make it work?

If I start my ps3 and just go to start monster hunter P3rd, it will ask for the disc.
But I found a fix,

° Start up multiman
° Mount a game (any will do)
° instead of playing the mounted game, try to launch monster hunter P3rd again.

It should start without any problem.

So I can just install this on 3.7+ DEX firmware?

As I stated I didn't upload the files, but this dude in the link you posted said you need the original iso and some strange way to play it. and you actually do not need it.

Just install the pkg and play. if it doesn't work from the get go and ask for disc push "rebug toolbox" push in system mode on rebug and all other option rebug too. quit the program to XMB and play the game just fine now.

I found out this trick so I posted it here, give me some credit for it huh
