Or if still can't get it to work use num.2 step by step tutorial.

2. Other another tutorial from psycovirus:
- To get IDPS using remile rap2rif portable conterver
- To downgrade rebug firmware, activate ReactPSN, and update back to Rebug 4.21.1 REX to play the game

For Rogero 4.30 v2 CFW, use this reactPSN 2.23 to activate rap files. press L1 to activate rap mode.

Not sure if you can use the RAP file yet, I am sure I read it was possible to create a RIFF file on your PC with your ACT and IPDS and then place the RIFF back on the PS3 so that it shows as a registered game so that might let you play it on 4.21CFW. I don't think ReactPSN works on 4.21 CFW yet but hopefully it will be sorted soon.

I am using this game now on 4.21CFW now but only because I bought it when it came out

I have test with cygwin rap2rif method. Still do not works. Maybe because the lack of 4.21 keys? IDK.

Just noticed there is a 4.21CFW version of ReactPSN now so maybe worth giving that a go now, its on the front page of ps3news and most likely other sites.

Thanks james194zt for your info. I have test ReactPSN 2.22 that was resigned to CEX CFW4.21, however still can't activate the rap data...

I waited one year each to play Dreamy Theater 1 & 2...

Yes, hopefully for any PSN related contents will able to be play in this new CFW... Even PS Vita game contents can be dumped now.

Fingers crossed, I am not convinced ReactPSN is working properly as I have tried it on a couple of things and got nowhere. Tried to make an edat of it as well and reactpsn just creates an error log and thats it.

Does anyone have a clear save for Hatsune Miku Extend?
I have already bought the ps3 version, just need a basic clear save. (:
