Contemporary How come you can downgrade the ps3 to OFW 3.55 via software?
Everywhere says its needed to make it via hardware.

Contemporary Okay, been reading and seem to be getting stuck here. I have a Old school PS3 Phat, currently running 4.00OFW.
About a year ago, I was successfully running Kmeaw 3.55CFW but updated to OFW.
With my current 4.00OFW, what are the steps to allow me to get back on CFW? Do I need to Downgrade to 3.55OWF then go to CFW? any info would be great. Thanx

Contemporary hi i installed eerything according to the original post im wondering if i can upgrade multiman to the latest version or do i have to use the one in the original post and what is neded to upgrade to the latest?

Hmm... why didn't you go with the latest Rogero or Rebug CFWs?

Contemporary honestly cuz i dont know crap about it yet try to learn what stuff means should i upgrade to cfw 4.30 i beleie your the one that made that tutorial would that make it easier to play newer games?

Immortal Yea, it would be easier to run newer games.
On 3.55CFW, you need to patch/fix games that require 3.56+, so your relying on some one to release these fix/patches.
On 4.30CFW, you don't need to do that. Even the very latest games that require 4.31 are auto patched by mM to run on 4.30CFW.
4.30CFW Rogero v2.05 is better than KMEAW in pretty much all respects.
