How to convert your Dark Souls BLES01402 to work with PTD Edition (WORKS!) Some people were talking about changing the name of user2 to user and whatnot... There's a problem.
There are no such files for the BLES01402 version!
So after countless hours of trial and error, and with the HUGE help of PS3Gamer20111, I got the save file to work.
Now follow these steps to the T, otherwise it won't work.
1. Get your save folder using Multiman (dev_hdd0/home/00XXXXXX/savedata/BLES01402DRAKS005)
2. Rename your BLES01402DRAKS005 to BLES01396DRAKS005
3. In your BLES01396DRAKS005 folder, rename the following files like this.
101USER.DAT -> 1USER.DAT
USER.DAT -> 2USER.DAT
20AUSER.DAT -> 10AUSER.DAT
4. After you're done, copy the folder to your ps3 using Multiman.
5. Fix permissions of that one folder. This is crucial! (circle->Permissions).
6. Start Dark Souls and it'll first say "Making save...". Then it will tell you that your save is corrupted, press Cancel.
7. PLAY!
This is how I got mine to work finally.

Contemporary I got PTD to load the save file and to the loading screen, then the game crashes. It literally is freezed. Anyone else has the same problem? Mine is Bles01765 patch 1.07
