    Hi,

I also have corrupted data when trying to downgrade via XMB.
If doing through recovery, it says that it can't find the data.

    Anyone can help downgrading?

    Thanks

    did you dehash ??

ok heres the exact steps i took and had no problems

install rogero 4.25 to 3.55 via xmb
qa flag (make sure its qa flagged by doing the key combo)
put rogero cfw 3.7 onto your usb and restart the ps3 in recovery mode and update from there
once thats installed put ofw 3.55 onto your usb stick restart the ps3 in recovery mode and install the ofw (this is dehashing)
once ofw is installed put the cfw 4.30 onto the usb and install from recovery

there all done your now on cfw 4.30

    1) Install Downgrader PUP.
    2) DEHASH the system (that's the 4.40 problem (I know because it happened to me)), to dehash you need to get the toggleQA pkg, install it, and then select it from XMB to turn it on.
    3) Install Rogero 3.55 CFW (from recovery).
    4) DEHASH again (how do I know if the toggleQA is on or off?: You stay on the Network Setting's logo and press L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+Down from pad (all of them must be pressed together) and it will appear three new options under the Network Settings Logo).
    5) Install new firmware (from recovery menu).

I've been on CFW 3.55, but didn't rehash then because i didn't do any downgrade by hardware.

It just keeps saying it's corrupted.

Has anyone gone directly from CFW 4.21 to 4.30 without downgrading? Any problems?

I didnt think you could go straight from 4.21 to 4.30

    I. Downgraded and rehashed just to be on the safe side . You really don't want to take any more risk than is nesseary when your flashing your nand
