    this formats if done via recovery....does it do that if you install through xmb?

    no it doesn't format via xmb can go up and down firmwares without losing any internal data

    This really work? If I have ps3 with 3.60, can I update it to 4.20 and then downgrade it to 3.55 and then install 3.55KMEAW? ;o

    hi, my ps3 3.73 ofw ,do still need a tool like eflasher or does this tutorial allow u to downgrade to 3.55 without a flasher ?

    it only works on dex/debug ps3's not cex/retail......

    Thanks for the post! ^_^ but, for some reason its not working well on my ps3. Every time I try to update using via media, it always keeps on giving me a message error saying that data is corrupt....the version of my psp is 4.20 slim...I dunno if its enough info....but, I appreciate if you can help me. :D

    can a retail cex console can be converted to dex and downgraded without using e3 flasher?

    Are you sure that itskamel's 3.55 is better than Rogero's? I think Lightyear or Romaan said in another tutorial that Rogero contains some anti-brickering measures and whatnot...

    Also do you know where one can find the latest version of multiman for DEX? Maybe not base but "full" that is on the forum where the author posts?
    I think I saw it on Sunday but lost the site and now all I found is apaprently the whole versions .04 but for CEX.
