Could you tell me what are the Compatibility Pack Ace Combat Assault Horizon? A Dlc? Other Aircraft?
And what is the. Pkg of First of the North Star Kens Rage, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, which you linked?
Dlc, Wallpaper or what?

Not sure mate, You'll have to do some research using google ;-), I collected most of the links from other members and sites, but i did obviously provide some myself. LOL

This is what i found using google:

Ace Combat Assault Horizon Compatibility Pack 4
ACE COMBAT®ASSAULT HORIZON

This additional data (free of charge) is required for online matchmaking. Once this data is downloaded, matchmaking with players who have downloaded items in Downloadable Content 1 through 4 is possible.

I'm not sure then mate, All i can think of is that you're doing something wrong or you're setup has issues.
Re-read and re-setup everything and try again. :-)

Do i have to use reactpsn? Can't i just download the dlc and the rap file for the dlc and then use rap2rif, and then copy paste the rif file to my exdata folder?

Try it and see, It will only take seconds to test it, It wont damage your ps3 at all.

mateFirst of all i would like to yank u for d greaattt tutorial that u ve put up.

i ve installed cygwin for Ps3 working environment as mentioned in ur tutorial.
i m trying to CONVERT RETAIL DISC GAME'S TO PKG PSN STYLE GAME'S USING WINDOWS PS3 TOOLS

Step15 says, In Cygwin command shell type "unself EBOOT.BIN EBOOT.ELF" and then press the "Enter" button on the keyboard.
- When i do this i get a msg as

"$unself EBOOT.BIN EBOOT.ELF
open EBOOT.BIN
perror: No such file or directory"

i try next step16 , but i cant find EBOOT.ELF anywhere.
PLS Help.. where m i wrong?
