download qa flag and qa flag extra pkg files. u might also download the qa flag reset pkg in case u want to return to normal. these pkg files can only be installed using other os++ cfw, so u'll need to install that first. after installation, scroll over to network settings and press: L2 + L1 + R1 + R2 + L3 + D-pad Down at the same time. the debug options will appear. I forgot the option name but I think it was update debug...enable it and ur done.

no. if u want to log-on to psn, u'll have to update at which point the exploit would no longer work.

no. that needs another method.
this is for people, like me, who need to install different CFWs in a short time without moving too many files around.

I see. I really want to buy DLCs for FF XIII-2, but I'm stuck w/ the CFW.

you'll have to wait until CFW is able to get on PSN again.
or for someone else to upload it.

What needs to be done before the steps in this tutorial? What CFW do you need to be on, or can you use rebugs QAToggle package, or do you need to install OtherOS++ or what. And if you need OtherOS++ is there a tut. for that on here somewhere? thanks
