Thread: ReactPSN vs DLC

In readme.txt file it says:

Working on CFW3.41&CFW3.55 [...]
[...]Maybe not work on: Virgin PSN console with cfw3.55K

How do i know whether my console is Virgin or not ?! I got CFW3.55 and a lot of games (PSN and Normal ones)

Here is the tutorial:

1. Install reActPSN v2.00
2. Run it and keep pressed BUTTON_R1 about 6s, make a forced full backup to dev_usb000/reActPSN/BKxxxx.
Backup xx.edat xx.rap to dev_usb000/reActPSN/pubPSN/exdata folder.
3. Download vsh.self patched package, patch your CFW.
3. Import license from exdata folder
Copy exdata folder to USB media root, inserted it to dev_usb000 or dev_usb001 port.
Create a new ps3 account aa
Run reActPSN, auto reboot.
4. Delete all replayGamesN_Cyyyy(v1.1x generation) user account.
5. Enjoy official PSN games now,
Run PSN games.

Those steps doesn't seems so clear and also i was afraid of doing anything wrong, so i've just installed the reactpsn and double clicked it just to test (Without pressing anything), then when i tried to play MVC3 i received the following message:

Checking Trophy Data (Loading)
An error has occurred (80022D74) < The error
An error has occurred while confirming trophy data. Please quit game.
The same happened when i tried to run F1 2010, then i restarted my console and the games were working.

My questions:

1) There's a way to install the MVC3's DLC (Shuma-Gorath and Jill) without ReactPSN's program ?
2) In case i need it, what's the risk i am taking by trying to make it run ?
3) Can anyone help me out with this ? The steps are kinda complex and i've read a 'STEP-BY-STEP' which is also hard to understand, but i really wanna get the DLC from MVC3 u_u

by virgin i think he meant the ps3 being on ofw. okay here goes simple steps to use reactpsn:
1. install reactpsn 2.00 or 2.10 on rebug 3.55.2
2. make a folder called exdata and place the rap files in here
3. make an account on your ps3 named "aa" without quotes
4. connect your usb and launch reactpsn. that's all you need to do
5. install the dlc

by ''virgin'', he means consoles that hav never accessed PSN with an account...

I have never accessed PSN with my PS3.

So i need Rebug, then i need ReactPSN just to get 2 characters ?!
The Rebug will stay above my CFW right ? :S
