    it's definitely bad flash. You will have to take it to a repair store...
    it's a hardware problem, not software...
    you from chile, right? if you still got warranty, call Sony and let them fix it for you...

    this is a common bug on SLIM consoles using the downgrade method supplied by PS3Jailbreak team. If you just research a little more about downgrading, you can see a lot better solution for it. Clue, its just two letters.

    But anyway, your SOL right now, and your PS3 is just a paper weight for me now. There's no layman solution for this, unless you do a unbricking method in your SLIM console (the unbrick method right now is only available on FAT NAND 256MB consoles, ) and this requires advance hardware skills.
