Thread: Download accelarator to download games

anybody please, can i use a download accelerator program such as 'Download Manager' to accelerate the downloading of ps3 games? So far never download any yet, but plan to, on average how long does it take a game of not more than 5gb? Another one, i saw some games are split into a few files for downloading, so after completing download, we need to extract/winrar these files into a destination, and they will bcome 1 game folder? It is this game folder that we need to transfer to ext hdd and then to ps3? Am i rite, plse correct me if i am wrong. Thanx

The download will depend on your internet speed provided to you by your isp.I cannot say how long will it take as i have no idea of your broadband speed.secondly after extracting from winrar you will get one folder and it maybe like blxxxx(x stands for random characters.Need to place that folder in internal or external drive.
