Hey this a noob question but how do you use SFO Editor to change fw requirement?

double click it,on click ok 2 time.load the file you want,then chick advance edited,you there...hope you understand

lol I must be using the wrong program. I get a dos cmd prompt to load different extensions of the program... so I guess that's my problem

after the file you edited then save...
