    Default formatting a drive to fat32

    i formatted a large ntsc drive(1.8 tb) to fat 32 using 12 sectors per cluster. What is the fastest setup for this type of drive. (i don't want to drop it down to 1 tb but im willing to sacrifice 500 mb for a speed increase.)

    a) What program allows you to format and control "sectors per cluster"?
    b) What do you mean by fastest? Expect about 20 meg a second transfer via USB so it doesnt really matter what the "geometry of the drive" is
