Thread: Have a couple questions..

I really want some of these questions answered, if it's possible. My PS3 has been collecting some dust recently and now that it is hackable, I'd love to start using it again. I read a guide on how to Jailbreak it and I know I could do it without any problems. I just have some problems for when I finish the hacking..

1. Will I need an external hard drive? I have the 60GB model and feel like it doesn't have enough space (If I do need one, is there a limit on how large the HD can be?)
2. Is there a way to "un-jailbreak" the PS3 after it's been jailbroken?
3. Is there a chance I might be banned from PSN (can I just stay signed off?)

Much would be appreciated if these are answered.

1. If your primary objective is Piracy, then yes.
2. Delete any and all homebrew from the console.
3. There is currently no possible way to stay jailbroken and signed into the PSN right now. So no, you won't be banned because you cannot sign in.

3. yes you can sign in.... google the dnas settings

We'll I'm mainly hoping I CAN'T sign in because I don't want any possibilities of my account being banned.

One question I forgot to ask is will the Jailbreak work when my PS3 has FW 3.42? Or will I have to wait? (Btw I'm doing the iPhone method if that helps in any way)
