Good luck getting any help from anyone on the forum, I posted a thread and not a single person posted back with any help.

But in order for you to get CFW up and running you need to downgrade your PS3 to 3.55 then from that you can install ROGERO CFW. First question what PS3 do you have? Fat or slim?

lol well dont get butt hurt about it, maybe you asked a silly ? or in the wrong spot and nobody bothered with it... another thing.. why ask which ps3 he has lol thats like the 1 thing that wouldnt make any difference what so ever (if its already got cfw as he said) nor would he have to downgrade his unit to upgrade cfw.. respectfully if you dont know what your talking about you shouldnt be trying to give advice.

for future reference this so easy that most prob would ignore the ? and let you find it yourself. Go to system options in xmb itll show the firmware and free hdd space, just like if you were on official fw...

You can also prob locate it in MM, I dunno never tried, what with it being super easy to identify from the main xmb and all...only way that MM and xmb display would be wrong is if youve installed a cfw spoofer.. which you should know what you installed but there should also be a spoofer app in game xmb section if you havent uninstalled it.

and last but not least, you dont have to downgrade anything if your already on cfw, dont fool with that and ignore the above posters advice. throw newest rogero cfw on usb stick and install thru xmb system update option or recovery mode your preference. If you have ?s about doing this id browse the forums theres tons of guides devoted to this exact thing.

Also OP..you dont have any 'jailbreak' on your ps3 at all, you have custom firmware, these are ps3s not iphones.

Honestly if I were you id just put rogeros latest cfw on a usb stick and update it with that Id expect its fine, regardless of what your on now itd still solve prob and youd have latest and not have to mess with it for awhile again.
