Default How to create a folder on PS3 in Multiman?

I downloaded the new Double Dragon Neon game and fix - I can get the game to play, but not the unlocked version. So I read up on how to transfer the .edat file into my PS3 HDD. So far so good.

Except that when I get to the directory, I need to create an /exdata folder (as I have never logged onto PSN) but I can't. I also read up on Multiman FAQs, they say to press the R1 button, but when I do that, the screen changes into another layout instead.

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to get a newer Multiman version? (mine is 4.something I think)

I just want to create a folder so I can transfer the .edat and play the full version of DDN. Can someone help?

Press SELECT + START and you will get the File Manager.
Open the directory where you want to create a new map.
Point your arrow in the screen of the active directory , and press triangle.
Then you will see a small list with actions you can do.

I pressed Triangle when I was in the correct directory /dev_hdd0/home/0000001 but nothing happened.
