This is a list of known Error Codes if i have missed any please post them and i will update the list.
This is a non-exhaustive list of the most common errors encountered when using a PS3

Cannot connect to PlayStation Network (i.e., signing-in, accessing account settings, trying to connect to a game online, accessing or purchasing from the PlayStation Store, etc.). This may be caused by scheduled maintenance or issues with PlayStation Network servers.

This may have happened because you exceeded the limit for attempts for one of the following actions:
- Register / change / confirm credit card information
- Redeem a PlayStation Network card
- Input / redeem a voucher code
- Change password via email
- Activate system

i actually saw it this morning before you posted anything.. i think its posted in the wrong section though not sure this is considered a tutorial.. people need help when looking for these codes that is why before i posted this i looked in the help section and didnt see it.. so i decided to post it
but its only fair First come first serve
