Thread: Metal Gear Solid 4 crashes during Advent Palace cutscene -- help!!

Hi all,

I really really need help with this! I've got MGS4 installed onto my internal hard disk. I've been playing it fine up till Advent Palace, after the cutscene in which Snake meets Meryl, the game crashes with a black screen! Strangely enough I'm still able to get back to the PS3 main menu by pressing the PS button.

I've look for solutions everywhere but other ppl only seem to have problems with Act 4 instead of the Advent Palace level.. Can anyone out there help me?!! Thanks!

if the game is booting fine and crashing during the story mode, it's probably a bad rip..

delete all installed mgs4 data on you ps3 then use neweest multiman its work on me.
