Thread: How do I get Hot Pursuit DLC to work? (BLES00949) (PLEASE HELP!)

I have Need For Speed Hot Pursuit European version (BLES00949), so I downloaded the two updates for the game:
-EP0006-BLES00949_00-HOTPURSUITDLC1EU-A0101-V0100-PE.pkg
-EP0006-BLES00949_00-HOTPURSUITDLC2EU-A0102-V0100-PE.pkg

Then I copied the UNLOCK directory to USRDIR, I activated all of the raps in ReactPSN although I don't know if they are good since I downloaded the raps from the Exclusive DLC thread found in this forum and the only ones there are for the North American version of the game so I changed the beginning of the names from NP to EP and the id from BLUS30566 to BLES00949, but nothing happens, the only thing I noticed is that when I enter career mode it gives me the option to select Porsche Unleashed events but I can't access them nor can I select the Porsche Unleashed event category again unless I go back to the main menu and enter career mode again.

The other thing I noticed is that if I just install the first update there is more content available, not everything shows up like the Lamborghini untamed pack or the Porsche Unleashed pack but the SCPD rebels pack and Supersports pack shows up, but the game doesn't let me use any of those cars or new events it just gives me the option to buy them which leads me to believe again that the rap files are bad.

Please help I am extremely frustrated :(

keep the dlc pkg as it is! go to your game directory and edit param.sfo's information from blus30566 to bles00949. thats all it, your region is changed

my param.sfo already says BLES00949, do you want me to change it to BLUS30566?

why did you have to change the region id if both the game and dlc are PAL? btw, after installing those updates, the game becomes unplayable. are you sure you installed the correct raps?

What do you mean it becomes unplayable? it's not unplayable, I just can't do any of the new events or use any of the new cars.
I think that the raps are bad since I downloaded a .rar from gambaa's exclusive DLC thread and there is only raps for BLUS30566, what I did was that I took the BLUS raps and renamed them like this, from UP to EP and from BLUS30566 to BLES00949.

I really want to use the new Porsche's and Lamborghini's. Badly.

just renaming the files wont solve the problem. you'll need the EUR raps.

by this i meant, the game gives black screen after installing update 1.02. how did you fix that?

Actually, I didn't fix anything, I just downloaded the 1.02 update from brewology and it worked.

I would be forever grateful if you could give me the European raps, I've really looked for them a lot, I've downloaded like 5 different exdata packages and nothing for BLES00949, except EP0006-BLES00949_00-ONLINEPASS000002.rap, but it doesn't do anything, plus, there's five raps so I'm still missing 4.

Those Raps are mine.. don't rename them.. the unlock edats look for those specific files..
