u might try changing the file transfer to one file at a time. having ftp'd to both the 360 and the ps3, the ps3 is far more susceptible to file transfer errors than the 360, so it's prudent to transfer just one file at any given time. if u connect ur ps3 to ur computer via an ethernet cable rather, u can use a direct link to transfer at high speeds (70GB in about ten minutes).

direct link means pc<etherenet cable>ps3, just connect the ps3 and the pc with an ethernet cable, use multiman as ftp client and filezilla on pc, setup connections on each device and you'll be good.
