Thread: i have a ps3 slim 4.00 version and i want to downgrade to 3.55...need help

so i have a ps3 slim 4.00 ofw and i want to downgrade to 3.55 so i could download some iso's and play

how would i do that?

also i have noticed that some games have like 8+ different files i need to download
my ps3 is 160 gbs but i also have a 320 gb external hd

if i download all the parts to the game, where do i put it in the ps3?

i jus need a full tutorial on how to do this, pls and thank you

You can possibly use ProgSkeet flasher depending if your slim is a 2xxx or 3xxx model.
If it's 2xxx your good to go. If it's 3xxx your sol.
To find out the model number check the last numbers on the bar code on the back of the ps3.

If his PS3 was shipped with 4.00 can he downgrade to 3.55? A whole lot of people say you can't.
