Hi, I have 3.72 jailbroken PS3, i downloaded Red Dead Redemption and transfer it to Internal HDD using external hdd, but its saying that it will work on FW 3.66 , so is there any Eboot fix for Red Dead Redemption so that i can play it on FW 3.72.

Ya in System Info its shows me System Software Version 3.72.
u cant jailbreak any version higher than 3.55 !!

Team Rebugs Version Spoofer is the only answer I can think of. It's a safeguard that tells you that your on a higher firmware than you are so that your PS3 won't automatically update to a firmware above 3.55 thus losing it's ability to run custom firmware and backup managers.
Running spoofer on your machine will not give you the ability to play higher firmware games, my machine says 3.70, but I still can only play games up to 3.56 on my console.
That's the only thing that I can think of.
