I think it's just a bad disc. I also bought Final Fantasy which works just fine. I have repped everyone for helping, and will exchange it tomorrow.
Edit: They let me exchange it for a the same title, and it works just fine. Love my local BB! I don't understand why people complain about Best Buy so much.
