My model name is CECH-2508B/PS3 320GB. Version is 4.0.0.When I bought it version was 3.60. Can i jailbreak it with E3 flasher?And Can I Downgrade My PS3 To 3.55 ?? Plz Let Me Know If There Is Any Method ?? Thnk U

No you can't, remember you can only downgrade if your PS3 was previously on the FW you want to downgrade to.

Your PS3 is from Russia/India... You won't be able to downgrade if your ps3 has never been on 3.55

This post will look at the different DATE-CODES that are present on the casing of a PS3 and if that DATE-CODE relates to a console version that can currently be downgraded from 3.70 to 3.55 using dospiedra’s V2 downgrade or a FAT console alternative.
DATE-CODES
The principle behind DATE-CODES is simple: the first character represent the YEAR, and the second character represents the QUARTER of that year it that console was manufactured.
DATE-CODE of “XY” would mean the console was manufactured in the “Y” QUARTER of YEAR “X”. Simple right?
6A - Downgradable (Never Produced?)
6B - Downgradable (Never Produced?)
6C - Downgradable (Never Produced?)
6D - Downgradable
7A - Downgradable
7B - Downgradable
7C - Downgradable
7D - Downgradable
8A - Downgradable
8B - Downgradable

9A - Downgradable

3000 series cannot be downgradeable either
this is the list you can downgrade or not, only 1A you cannot downgrade if its factory firmware is above 3.55
The Date code can be found in the following locations (depending on your console type):
PS3 FAT: Sticker on the back.
PS3 Slim (CECH2 Series): Sticker on the bottom.
PS3 Slim (CECH3 Series): Sticker on the back.

i have the same 320gb model, luckily i had 3.41 stock and downgradable upto 3.40. And for you there is no possible way to downgrade, I'd suggest you to try MinVerCheck tool to see your base firmware if it were 3.55 or below
