Uncharted 3 Black screen :\
I've pretty much done everything with this game. I had gotten the pre-patched BCES01175 copy but everytime I ended up with the spinning ring. Yesterday I downloaded the full fix which extracted the psarc into folders. The game made it past the ring but now i'm just suck on a black screen. My system lang has always been on english so that's not something that would help. I'm not sure what else to do so some help would be amazing.
*Also it's on internal

First of all always download the full version, the ripped ones can cause a lot of problems.
I think it had something to do with the language packs, delete all other language packs except of the english one. If that doesn't fix it download the the full version (this game is worth it) and when you extract the psarc files make sure to extract them in the correct folders, there are two specific folders and you have to drag one of them into the other(that is the point where I messed it up).

If you want to be more informed about the scene, check the ps3devwiki
+rep if I was helpful/useful >here<

Hi there,
Can someone please confirm the folder size of the extracted pak23.psarc file? For some reason the pak23.psarc is around 8.1 GB wheres the extracted folder is just 5.88 GB? Is that right? Could somebody confirm please? My psarc.gui finishes with the following output
04:58:44.846: zlib.ZStreamException: inflating: invalid block type
at zlib.ZOutputStream.Write(Byte[] b1, Int32 off, Int32 len)
at PSARC_GUI.ArcAccess.inflateEntry(aEntry entry, BinaryReader input, UInt32[] zLengths, UInt32 cBlockSize, String fileName)
at PSARC_GUI.ArcAccess.read(String fileName, Int32 iS, Int32 iE)
at PSARC_GUI.ARCMain.button1_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e

Dude just follow the exact instructions that come with the game and you'll be good. when you extract the psarc files you'll get new folders, just be careful not to mess them up, you can't do anything wrong with extracting them only with draggng them into the right place.

I think that my pak23.psarc is corrupted, therefore I am asking this question! psarc.exe terminates unexpectedly and it seems there are files missing (my extracted files are just 5.88 GB, 763 files). It would be great if somebody who is playing the game or who played it without problems could tell me please how big his extracted pak23.psarc folder. Thank you!
