Thread: <SOLVED> Has anyone else noticed ReactPSN games deactivating by themselves?

I have this weird thing going on with my PS3. All of a sudden PS games and DLC and other various items that were working just fine a week ago have gone and deactivated themselves. The ReactPSN (aa) account is still there and I know I am doing the steps correctly, but my PSN stuff is all nuts. Anyone have this problem too?

EDIT: I solved it

I figured out how to reactivate these games. I think we are hitting a hard limit in the amopunt of rap files ReactPSN can handle in one go and I think PS1 games are towards the end of the list when it is reactivating stuff. So it hits the hard limit and reboots, leaving PS1 and Themes

What I did was insert ONLY PS1 game rap files in the exdata folder and VOILA, all my PS1 games work PERFECTLY!!

So there you go, you CAN'T just dump all the rap files you find and ask ReactPSN to activate them all in one go. Just pick and choose the ones you will actually use and it will work just fine.

nope nothing like you described going on with react psn for me. which psx games are giving you problems?? just wondering incase i have those games as well, so i can test them out.

they deactivate just like regular PSN games.
if you still have the exdata folder you could just activate them again.

Resident evil 1, 2 and 3, Tekken 1, and 2, Ridge Racer 4, FF7, 8 , 9 and Tactics, Vagrant Story, Metal Gear Solid, Rayman, Castlevania SotN, Sim Theme Park, Harvest Moon - Back to Nature, Sim City 2000, Wipeout, CTR:Crash Team Racing

In short EVERY PS1 game I had, and tested myself to make sure they worked, are now all "This content can be used if you renew the license/license in the Playstation Store"

And it's not just my PS1 games, some PSN titles are now like this too
Burnout Paradise (1.90) with ALL DLC is now locked as well

I'm gonna try grabbing the rap files again, but I don't know why this should be a problem out fo the blue like this.

resident evil 1,2,3, ff9 and c.t.r. all work for me. thats about all the games i have that you mentioned. weird how they deactivated themselves, when in info it says no expiration date.

why don't you still have the .RAP files?
just leave them in the exdata folder. that's what I always do.

at least it's not like you need o do with bought games where you need to log in.

Well I did have all the rap files backed up, but... my Windows HDD had a catastrophic failure and just decided one night it was gonna retire... for good. Basically my laptop saw the 100MB partition o fthe hdd but not the main one where all my data was. So I have to grab the rap files. Not the worst thing in the world, I just hope this fixes the problem.

where did you get such a large amount of them?
surely you didn't get them individually.
