    Default decided to update one of my ps3's..

    well i havent played online for a while and im gettin bored of playing backups so i decided to update my slim to 3.55 to play some cod online, i have a phat ps3 with broken laser and ill keep that at 3.41 now.. was wondering if i should i mean they came out with a way to play ALL games disclessly but it's kind of a hassle so would this be a good choice oh and off topic question but if i decide to go 3.55 cfw and play legit games online will there be risk of still banning my psn acc or ps3?

    You should keep the phat on 3.41 for now.
    There will always be a risk of being banned while using CFW, but for now no one has been banned that I know of. It's just best to stay on OFW for now.

    i have 2 ps3 one on 3.41 and the other on 3.42 and im not updating either untill everything is clear. im on my xbox360
