ps2 backups
is it possible to play ps2 backups on my backwards compitle ps3 on 3.55 i can get ps1 games burn to a disc and play but not able with ps2 on the newest mulitman.
-
The only way is to use a Swap Magic disc and boot a USB loader but the compatibility is rubbish.
There's no way to play backup discs at all.

since you have a backwards compatible ps3,use cobra usb with it,the ps2 compatibility is great, but if you use cobra usb with a slim ps3,the compatiblity is MUCH lower,IIRC,as it uses an emulator on the ps3,while the backwards compatible ps3s have parts of the ps2 in it,greatly enhancing the compatibility of the ps2 games.

Best smile evar.

i think if you put the back up disc in, go into multiman file manager within the first three folders can't remember which one there is a folder called ps1emu, ps2emu go into the ps2emu and load the bios file.
-
That only works with PS1 games, not PS2 games.

I had it work with my old one but it needs to be able to play ps2 games and it only worked on some games
