Common mate yes u can! Just open winrar and select the 001 and unrar it. XXX format is also rar in most cases.

I cant seem to find trivia pursuit in the first page anymore. what happened to it?

Also can backup manager works for psn games since I have 100+ psn games and if it works I can upload all of them.

think u need to find out where its stored
so just connect per FTP and search for it
maybe on the same location where all other games stored ?
