I didn't test it myself as my external just died last week, but you can run almost any game from external, splitting the bigger files and letting multiMAN mount it on the cache. It basically mount the bigger files on you're internal, like, DW7E has a 5 GB file, you split it on external and when you boot the game, multiMAN will mount that file on his cache(i tested it myself.), if you want to delete it, you had to do it manually going on "cache" folder on multiMAN.
