Thread: Black Ops 2 will freeze if you are connected to PSN

Good to know it's off for you too. I was planning on changing my IP and trying to reconnect.

I would just like to point out that its probably due to the fact that the game isn't out yet. MAYBE if you try AFTER the 13th, it'll yield better results.

mines fine on multiplayer before it wasnt but zombies crashes evertime i press zombies at the main menu i fixed multiplayer by going here http://kat.ph/call-of-duty-black-ops...-t6807931.html

checked the files and it seems i was missing a few files downloaded them and now multiplayer works fine not zombies

do you know which files they were? my black ops 2 is freezing at the loading screen every time i press multiplayer, even if i'm offline.

has anyone actually completed single player without getting save error? seems to be both on 3.55 and 4.30 weird...??

I had the same problem as you guys so what I did was I disconnected from psn but sometimes it still crashed so i went to check the game folder (bles-xxxx) in the folder where there is USDIR, not inside USDIR just the folder that had USDIR in it, I realised i had like 2 or 3 extra files that werent in the version i got, those files poped out of no where. Maybe because i loaded the game from an external hard drive and then i put it in the PS3 HD. the files had the name "game..." on it, cant remembre what were they called. Just go check the version u got in your PS3's Hard drive or external hard drive and compare it to the version u downloaded, u will find some extra files that u should delete.

now its working like a charm for me

try internally guys put the game in internal hdd of ps3 maybe itll fix the online problem i m trying it rit now will give the results after cause some guy here on this site saying that it is working smoothly on internal than on external

you're right, but they keep coming back every time i try to delete them. yo?
