Patching Instruction to play on SwapMagic, CogSwap & HDLoader:

Open the image file in a Hex Editor.

Locate the SYSTEM.CNF section (search for "BOOT2"):

BOOT2 = cdrom0:\
SLUS_208.05;..VE
R = 1.00..VMODE
= NTSC..........

Change the byte (space) after "SLUS_208.05;" to a "1"

BOOT2 = cdrom0:\
SLUS_208.05;1.VE
R = 1.00..VMODE
= NTSC..........

Save the image file.

No password

lol i was looking for this all over until i've finally found it yesterday. Just when i thought i could finally play it, the game won't work with SM...but i found a patch for it and now it works perfectly.
If only you've put this game up yesterday, i wouldn't have to spend countless hours figuring things out. Oh well, lol.

Thanks, skyhawk02! I've been meaning to post this game for a while.
It was actually your "Invalid PS2 Disc" post that got my attention.
I hope the patching instruction is easy to understand.
I figure a hex editor is easier than extracting the files, editing SYSTEM.CNF with notepad & rebuilding the iso.

i dont understand anything. i extracted all the files and got .mds and .mdf
now what

Open ESR disk patcher, drag and drop the larger of the two files into the patcher window and click OK.
Open ImgBurn and burn.

actually i dont understand anything here too...wad shud i do after i downloaded this file..i wana burn it into a dvd and play with my ps2...so wad shud i do? anyone can teach me? i dont understand all those shortform(etc ESR..)

Get IMGBurn (it's free) and burn it on a dvd.

However, you need a way to boot backups... there are many ways to do this, and they all have different ways to get them to work so no one will detail all the options. Read the tutorial section, and go here.
