    Smile How to Create & burn Snes Station CD-R with ROMs

    Anyone trying to burn SNES STATION with ROMs and it wont play try this little Tutorial i made

    Stuff you going to need apart from your PS2

    SwapMagic: Am using Ultimate Collection Disk via SwapMagic 3.6
    Blank CD-R
    ImgBurn
    Snes Station PS2 disk files Download with (included Roms)
    CDGenPS2 - http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials...CDGenPS2v3.rar
    Daemod Tool - Installed to PC

    Creating the CD:
    1. Extract the folder from the CDGenPS2v3.rar and place it on your desktop {or any place you can find it easily}.Download Snes Station Extract .iso file , mount iso using Daemon Tool, then Copy all the Snes Station files into the CDGenPS2v3 folder. Should be 1.elf ,1 Rom folder & 1 system.cnf . the system.cnf you dont have to copy as you will be making a new 1.

    2. Second you need to create a .CNF using Notepad. Open a new text document and copy/paste the following into it, making sure to copy the empty space of line 4 too

    Code:
    BOOT2 = cdrom0:\FREE_MCBOOT.ELF;1
    VER = 1.00
    VMODE = NTSC/PAL
    should look someting like this:
    BOOT2 =cdrom0:\FREE_MCBOOT.ELF;1
    VER = 1.00
    VMODE = NTSC/PAL

    3. when finish copying to note pad name it SYSTEM.CNF & choose Save as and save it in the CDGenPS2v3 folder , it will then change from a note pad file to a computer icon looking file.

    4. Next open CDGenPS2 and drag the SYSTEM.CNF into the main window

    5. Right-click on the SYSTEM.CNF file in CDGenPS2 and select Edit
    Click on Fix LBA checkbox to put a check in it , then enter 12231 in the LBA textbox and click OK.

    6. drag the SnesStation .ELF file into CDGenPS2.

    7. Create a folder and name it ROM Extract rom files you need to this new rom folder (they must be extracted from .rar)

    (Note: Remember to keep your roms or total file size under 700MB for it to fit on CD-R)

    8. Drag your New ROM folder with your Extracted roms to CDGenPS2

    9. Click on the IMG button from the left window and in the popup window give it a file name. (Example: SNES CD-R) Select the CDGenPS2v3 folder as the save location and choose the image file format .ISO or .BIN, (i left mind at Default i didnt change anything ) then press the Save button.

    couldn't you also use ulaunchELF to just launch the ELF of snes station? so you don't have to burn a disc and just use a Flash drive?
