Can anyone confirm whether this will work on the cd-based game MAXIMO: GHOSTS TO GLORY? I've successfully rebuilt cd games through other methods posted on this forum with no problem, but cannot successfully build an iso of Maximo that will work with FMCBOOT. I own the original game and have ripped it, then converted it by using ISOBUSTER, DVDScanLite, rebuilding to iso with Nero, then patching with ESRDiscPatch. I get the game to boot, but it hangs while loading. Again, this method has worked for several of my other cd games, so I'm starting to think that Maximo just isn't compatible. Can someone please confirm?? Thanks!! RickWJ324

Apparently Maximo cannot be converted using the conventional cd to dvd methods. I've tried. You need to manually remove the cd checks using a hex editor. Sorry I don't have the details. I just play the cd using ps2loader or cogswap.

That is correct.
Crazy Taxi is one of the few this doesn't work on.
Since I don't bother with CDs on my PS2, (I don't even buy blank CDs because usb flash drives are bigger and more cost efficient) I play that and any other game I find that won't work that way with USBAdvance.
