    The only way I've seen how is to put a .psu save or the like into a max drive or other such drive then transfer it from there onto an acual memory card then use the ps3/ps2 memory card adapter to use the ps3 itself to convert it into PSV. unfortunately all I can get a hold of is the ps3 to ps2 memory card adapter
