The manual has always been there. Read the FAQS in post 2

Hi, I meant that GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories are 2 different games. The manual above is for VC but the cover shown is that of VCS.
I'm looking for the VCS manual. I suppose you could just put up the proper VC cover ha ha! Cheers!

Opps sorry didn't know there were two games. Yeah i change dthe picture. Right ow I'm looking for VSC. And no luck on that RPG Maker. Can you try to give a more specific name or is that it?

That doesn't work with every game, especially if the ingame tutorial doesn't cover the game mechanics fully.
