PS3ISO AllStar Well, you could try playing the ISO from a folder if it's not too big or using USB Extreme to install it, then re-download it if it still doesn't work. Or you could try burning the game to a DVD then use USBUTil or USB Extreme to create a game from it, that's worked for me several times.

PS3ISO AllStar I don't know what rev. you're using but that's the one I'm using and that Yu Yu game works fine for me. Also if the USB drive doesn't have enough free space it can't defrag all the way, so that might be the problem.

I just tried it on an older version of OPL and it worked. Make sure there's enough free space on the drive and use Auslogics Defrag to fully defrag and optimize it.
