Try naming the ISO SLUS_208.05.yuyu.iso and putting it in a folder named DVD. If OPL wont play it you will have to edit the system.cnf file, see this thread: Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament (PS2 NTSC) [SLUS-20805] RS

You only need to use USBUtil for games over 4GB, you can just put the ISOs in folders named DVD or CD depending on the game on the root of your USB drive and rename them with the game code at the beginning. Try this with that game, if it doesn't play I'll help you with editing the .cnf file.

EDIT. Ok, I got the game to work but it was a bit of a hassle. It wont work as an ISO in a folder and USBUtil wont install it and editing the system.cnf file doesn't make it work either. You will need to install Daemon Tools Lite then you can mount the ISO to a virtual DVD drive and use USB Extreme to install it. The USB drive I used didn't show up on USB Extreme so I had to install it on the root of my C: drive and move it to the USB (make sure you defrag and optimize it). I also tested it on SMB and it worked, but cutting and pasting it from the root of my C: drive to my PS2SMB folder caused it to not show up for some reason so I had to use USBUtil to open the ul.cfg file and move the game then it worked fine.

It's very simple, USB Extreme creates games the same as USBUtil but it was made to only do it from a disc. So you will have either burn the ISO to a disc or use a virtual drive. There's a lot of programs that will mount an ISO to a virtual drive, Daemon Tools is one of them:
    Code:
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_daemon_tools/download/abcea3075b869826543fb857294af89f/
Once Daemon tools is installed you can double click on the ISO to mount it or right click on it click Open with then Daemon Tools. Now run USB Extreme, choose the letter assigned to the mounted ISO, choose the destination drive, and click install game. Here's USB Extreme:
    Code:
    http://sksapps.com/hd/USBExtreme_wininst.zip
Also I used USBUtil to turn the game I created with USB Extreme back into an ISO and it works fine from a folder now.

Open the Computer window and you will see your mounted ISO, it will have a letter next to it like (E:) for example, that's the letter you select in USB EXtreme for CD/DVD ROM Drive. Seriously, if you can use USBUtil you can certainly figure out how to use USB Extreme.

Did you defragment and optimize the USB drive?
