Thread: Persona 4 NEED HELP

In persona 4 for some reason with MC i can only use 4 skills with every persona other than my main one? Does anyone know whats going on? Do you unlock the ability to use more skills than the original 4 or can you only use 4 skills on any persona other than your main one. I'm getting very frustrated and am about to break my persona 4 disc over my leg. If anyone has an answer or some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

You can definitely use more than 4 skills. Most of the personas you win in battle don't have many skills, you have to combine them to create personas with more skills. If you have more than 4 skills and it's not letting you use them then something's wrong.

yea i have personas with more than 4 skills but in battle it won't let me scroll down and use them. I can only use more than 4 skills with my main persona for the MC. I was hoping that maybe you unlocked the ability to use more than 4 skills later in the game or something but i guess my game is defective or something? I tried phoning customer support for atlus but it was past business hours. I hope my game isn't defective caz i paid like 40 bucks for it from gamestop. I guess i'll just have to set it on fire and boycott all atlus products for the rest of my life. Its a shame caz it took me four years to find a copy of it and i was so looking forward to it but now that i'm 6 hours into it screw starting over from the beginning again. **** my life this was the only game i have been looking forward to for years now

Huh, it's been awhile since I've played it but I don't remember having to unlock anything to use more than 4 skills. I got rid of Izanagi pretty early, not sure if that has anything to do with it? I can't think of anything else it might be. Sorry, hopefully someone else can help you.

yea i started another save file and now its working fine. Also i forgot to mention that i have two copies of persona 4. One that i got recently and one i bought when it first went on sale that i still haven't opened

You really paid $40 for persona.... I bought persona 4 at a pawn shop for $5 in near mint condition with bonus cd but havent played the game yet, its been sitting on my shelf for 5 months

i bought mine still sealed for 15 bucks at a pawn shop which i was stoked about i also bought persona 3 fes off amazon even tho i recently modded my ps2. I just felt the need to support a company that has made 4 of the greatest rpg franchises ever made

is persona better than kingdom hearts in your opinon if so i may play it scince its on my shelf collecting dust with my original non copied 500+ games and i still have 20 games i bought i still havent played yet
